कला-कुंभ 2023:EXHIBITIONS-
1. 1st Online exhibition at our website and social media platform of Kala-Kumbh.
2. 2nd exhibition will be held offline at Swaraj Bhavan Kala Vithika, Bhopal (for awarded artists only)
Date of registration– 10th October to 25th November 2023
Date of exhibition(Online) - 10th to 20th December 2023
Offline exhibition at Swaraj Bhawan - 25th to 27th December 2023
Registration Charges-(Student) 700 Rs or 09 USD per Entry (Maximum 3 Artworks may be submitted in 1 entry).
Registration Charges-(Artist) 1000 Rs or 13 USD per Entry (Maximum 3 Artworks may be submitted in 1 entry).

Eligibility
-Age limit : minimum 18 years.
-Nationality: Candidates from all countries can participate except Pakistan.
-Status: All professional artists and students of fine arts, art teachers of schools and colleges or other institutions of artistic or non-artistic group can participate.
-Members of कला-कुंभ (Kala-Kumbh) also can participate in exhibition.

Procedure for Registration:
1. Send these four contents on email info@kalakumbh.in
a. Art work’s photographs in JPG file.
b. Artist’s information in word file or any of editable file.
c. Identity Proof issued by government. (like Aadhar, driving license, Voter ID )
d. Screenshot or proof of transaction.
2. Stays connected on social media pages and check the email to see the result on the day of result declaration.
3. Until the selection process ends, artists are allowed to make change once, after result it will be restricted.
Registration Charges-
1- Students 700 Rs. or 09 USD per Entry (Maximum 3 Artworks may be submitted in 1 entry).

Rules to participate in कला-कुंभ (KALA-KUMBH)
1. Submit at least 3 art works with good picture quality. It can be a series works or different but must be unique. Only fine works will be selected to be exhibited in online exhibition.
2. Art works must be of your own style, copied works will not be selected for the exhibition.
3. Without Identity proof candidates will not be allowed
4. Do not mention your name or water mark or do not use any kind of symbol in the photo of art works. If you have already written on the original piece then either remove it or hide it while clicking the photo.
5. Only 50 candidates from artist group and 20 from student group will be selected for Kala-Kumbh 2023. Artist After the selection procedure, list of artists will be displayed on the same website. And Social media pages (Follow - Facebook & Instagram).
6. Whole the exhibition of selected candidates will be online at the same website, Facebook and Instagram page of Kala-kumbh. Date of offline exhibition 25th to 27th December.
7. Don’t forget to share and tag/mention our facebook page, instagram page and website while the exhibition will begin online and offline.
8. Your art work's photos will be shared on the page along with your little introduction or what you want to say about your works to the people. So do not forget to write about yourself and your works.
9. Results for the award winning artists will be given or announced by an email or a picture post at the same website, Facebook page or Instagram page of Kala-kumbh.
10. All certificates and awards will be given in digital format by email. Only trophies for award Winners will be honored in Award ceremony.
11. The decision of the Jury team will be final in the matter of selection and Judging. Only selected artists will be appeared in Kala-Kumbh 2023. No Communication on the subject will be entertained. The judging committee will not assign any reason for their decisions.
12. In case of copyright issue or any kind of illegal problem related to participant’s art works, artist will be responsible himself, Kala-Kumbh and our coordinating organizations will not be responsible.
